• In case of loose threads, do not pull them. Instead, trim them with scissors.
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress, as it is required for guarantee claims.
• Remove the PVC cover before using the Mattress.
• The smell of Mattress after removal of PVC is normal and disappears after proper ventilation.
• Do not drop food on Mattress to avoid stains and mites.
• Do not jump or walk on the Mattress.
• Tolerance on length or width: +/-12mm.
• Do flip the mattress from top to bottom for a reversible mattress periodically.
• Do ensure that the length and breadth of the cot match fit properly with the mattress as improper resting on the cot will damage the mattress.
• Do not iron clothes on the Mattress.

Note:

• Slight depressions may appear on the mattress as it conforms to your body shape. These Body Impression Marks are normal and do not affect comfort levels.

This warranty does not cover

• Fabric damages (including tears, stains, soiling, burns or color fading).
• Previously repaired or replaced Mattress.
• Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, heat and improper usage.
• Body indentation/depression of less than 1.5 inches.
• Transportation cost
• Mattress damaged due to misuse.
• Bent border wires caused by moving or bending the mattress (for spring mattresses).
• Stitches opening after 15 days of purchase of mattress (for the tape-edge as well as for quilting)
• Fabric damages (such as tears, stains, color fading, sailing or burns)
• Any damages or sagging in the mattress due to improper size and condition of the cot uneven resting surface and improper structural design of the cot.
• Preferences in comfort level (hardness or softness)
• Quilt stretching or loosening. This is normal wear and tear of mattress due to usage.
• Decision of the company regarding the nature of defects and applicability of the warrant will be final.
• Warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice.

• The Warranty Card must be duly filled, stamped and signed by the authorized Nilkamal dealer at the time of a sale to the customer.
• The Warranty Card and relevant cash memo must be preserved and produced along with the product in case of a complaint.
• If one of your pair of mattresses sags, only the sagged mattress will be replaced.
• The rebate will be calculated on the MRP as on the date of the exchange.
• If the variety of mattresses that you purchased has been discontinued, then you will be provided with a new mattress in the same price range as the original mattress

Care Instructions:

• Treat your Mattress with care.
• Do turn your Mattress head to foot once a month to ensure even usage and avoid permanent body impressions.
• Do not bend, fold, or roll the Mattress. This may weaken the bonding and eventually lead to sagging of the Mattress.
• Sitting on the edges or keeping heavy objects on it could ruin its shape.
• Avoid getting your Mattress wet in case it gets wet, allow it to dry. However, stain marks on the fabric will be permanent.
• We recommend using a wet protective sheet if small children are using the Mattress
• Keep flammable materials like matches or cigarettes away from the mattress, as it can catch fire.
• Lay the Mattress on a uniform and firm surface only.
